Several Years ago in the Independence Park one sister brought as a gift to Camp Ephraim 17
ounces of silver, stating that at the right time we would know what to do with it. Only much later we realized the connection to Jeremiah 32:
9 "(Jeremiah) bought the field ... and weighed out the money ...
17 shekels of silver.
37 Behold, I will gather them from all the countries to which I drove them ...
41 I will plant them in this land in faithfulness, with all my heart and all my soul.
44 Fields shall be bought for silver, and deeds shall be signed and sealed and witnessed, in the land ... declares YHVH.
” So we are prayerfully preparing for the day that we can sign a deed towards a prophetic Ezekiel 48:17-19 like property. ? Do I need to bring my own sleeping bag/tent?

The food is paid by donations.
We will have a place where everyone can put donations.
The groceries will be made (for the common kitchen) by the ministers of groceries. How can I help?
To give you an Idea; The Camp is like a family get together following our Father’s
invitation, one being his brothers/sisters keeper and bearing each others burdens. Since it is not an event with a budget for hired personal for cooking, cleaning, setup/takedown etc. the camp is
only being kept alive through everybody's involvement.
Based on an average of 1.5h/day of helping with everyday chores (see Family Chores Sheet) the camp should basically be able to function. To clarify, washing your own dishes and keeping your personal
space clean is not included in these 1.5h/day. Also setting up and taking down the Sukkot/tents is not part of the every day involvement, it’s a mitzvah. However, no one is expected to do more than
to chores per day.
